Managed Hosting service includes servers. Customers do not need to purchase their own servers; instead, they rent the servers from Sify. Servers can be shared in a virtualized environment or can be provided on a dedicated basis. Although the customers can still access their servers as they wish, Sify frees the customers from the need of deploying their own IT resource at the data centers by providing a 24 x 7 system support such as monitoring and rebooting. Sify has a strong managed services delivery team (IMS).
