Certification covers pre-sales, sales, order processing and project management

Chennai, India, November 13, 2003 : Sify Limited (Nasdaq National Markets: SIFY), India’s premier Internet, networking and eCommerce services company, were conferred the prestigious ISO 9001 : 2000 certification for ‘provisioning of Corporate VPN’s, Internet Bandwidth, Voice over IP and Integrated Security Solutions including pre-sales, sales, order processing and project management’.

Based on the results of a formal audit conducted by the Chennai arm of Det Norske Veritas (DNV), Sify’s Enterprise Solutions arm were recommended and awarded the ISO 9001: 2000 formal certification today. Det Norske Veritas (DNV), is accredited by Norwegian Accreditation for certification of management systems, products and personnel, and for CE marking according to EU directives.
